Thank you for choosing Laser Clinic Richmond. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for laser and skin treatments as well as skincare products. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Laser and Skin Treatments:

• Refunds for laser and skin treatments are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the treatment to discuss your concerns.

• Refunds may be granted if the treatment did not meet our professional standards or if there are documented medical reasons for dissatisfaction.

• No refunds will be issued for treatments that have already been completed unless otherwise determined by Laser Clinic Richmond.

Skincare Products:

If you are not satisfied with a skincare product purchased from Laser Clinic Richmond, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products may not be eligible for a refund unless the product is defective or causes an adverse reaction. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective skincare product, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or ask you to return the product for inspection. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the eligibility of a laser and skin treatment refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
